You would be hard pressed to find a more experienced online teacher and school leader than Roxanne. While online schooling feels like a shiny new thing, Roxanne was there at the very start and that experience is hard to come by.  Through our work together I found Roxanne to be a deeply invested educator, with community and student wellbeing and progress at the heart of her motivations. She is also an excellent team leader - compassionate and empathic.  Teaching online and being part of an online community is a unique experience and one that Roxanne has mastered.  Her Mastering online teaching is a course not be be missed by those in virtual, as well as, bricks and mortar schools.

It was a pleasure to work with Roxanne at King's InterHigh. As Head of Science, Roxanne was incredibly supportive and always displayed a deep understanding of the education landscape. Roxanne is extremely knowledgeable of various educational systems, curricula, and learning styles, particularly in Science and STEM. One of her standout strengths is her personalised approach to teaching and learning. When I first joined the school Roxanne took the time to help me get to grips with the challenges of teaching Science and STEM across the key stages in an online environment. Another of Roxanne’s greatest strengths is her ability to connect with people. She possesses a natural gift for understanding individual needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
In the time that we worked together Roxanne readily shared her insights into effective teaching and learning strategies, educational resources, and experience. Her communication is always clear, and she is always ready to offer advice and assistance when asked.
Roxanne has a genuine passion for empowering students. It is clear that she is driven by a sincere desire to make a positive impact on each student's academic journey.

I worked with Roxanne as a Chemistry teacher and curriculum creator under her leadership as head of faculty. One of Roxanne's greatest strengths is her dedicated organisation and warm character as a leader. I felt immesely supported throughout my time at King's Interhigh working under Roxanne, especially in taking on a role that required delivering lessons while learning to use new technology, all alongisde improving curriculum in our team.
